It is so interesting that we are going into Chapter 16 on Change, Conflict, and Negotiation when our country is going through the transition of Presidents. Clearly the running of a country is a business. Running Barack Obama's campaign was definitely a challenge in all these areas. Change is happening, anticipitory and reactive; incremental and strategic. It will be quite interesting to see how Barack Obama's version of Chapter 16 will be. People will really have to learn to be patient with their expectations as everything falls into its place.
